Patricia LANTZ

At BPCE International, Patricia Lantz headed the division comprising the Key Accounts Department, the Special Affairs and Litigation Department, the General Secretariat and the Human Resources Department. Her specialist expertise lies in risk management, banking internal control and business development. She began her career working for a retail bank where she held a number of commercial positions. In 1999, she joined the Inspectorate General of Caisse d’épargne group and rose through the ranks to become Deputy Director in 2008. Since 2012, she has been Head of Human Resources and Coverage and a member of both the General Management Committee and the Executive Committee of BPCE International. BPCE International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BPCE and manages the group’s international investments. Its network of 2,800 employees is based mainly in the Pacific region and Africa.
