Hélène KARAM

Since 2015, Hélène Karam is Managing Director, Head of Africa at Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking. She is in charge of developing relationships with key account clients in Africa, supporting Natixis clients in their investments in Africa and supporting Natixis teams in developing and structuring operations in their areas of expertise, in particular infrastructure, energy and export. Previously, she was Head of Project Finance and Export in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and CIS region and led several operations in advisory, structuring, debt arrangement and syndication. Before joining Natixis, she held various senior positions in project finance, structured export finance and commodity finance at ANZ Banking Group, Crédit Agricole and Arab Banking Corporation. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, USA, and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris.
