Zayra Romo

Zayra Romo is a Senior Energy Specialist in the Global Energy and Extractives Practice at the World Bank. She has been involved in energy infrastructure investment projects in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa and assisted in power sector planning and renewable energy programs. Prior to joining the World Bank, Zayra worked for Electricite de France in Mexico as an operations engineer. She has an electrical engineering degree and an MSc in Energy Conversion and Management.
