Dr. Gyamfi, CEO of Danadams Pharmaceuticals Ind. Ltd., Ghana, holds a PhD in pharmacy and is a fellow of the West African College of Postgraduate Pharmacists. He is Vice President of the Association of Ghana Industries, and the Ghana Employers Association. He is also a Commissioner on the Public Utility Regulatory Commission and Board Chairman of Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company and a council member of four universities in Ghana.

Danadams Pharmaceuticals, established in 2005, is one of Ghana's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, its only maker of anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV), and a key player in the African Union's plan to grow pharmaceutical manufacturing across the continent. The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) adjudged Danadams as number one leader in Ghana's Health Sector and it is ranked overall at 6th position among the Club 100 Companies.
