Tatiana Chkourenko has a Master’s degree in International Finance and Policy from Columbia University and a BA from Smith College in the US. She is a consultant for the MIF at the IDB, and since 2003, Ms Chkourenko has worked on matters relating to investing in emerging markets, having held operational, research and transactional positions.
Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF)
The Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) was set up in 1993 and is administered by the Inter-American Development Bank. It focuses its support on helping small and medium-sized enterprises in Latin America and the Caribbean. Its investments have been decisive for the creation of several venture capital funds dedicated to clean energies.
