Action pour la Coopération avec la Micro Entreprise (ACME SA) is a Haitian microfinance operator offering financial services - credit, savings, term deposits and foreign exchange - to individuals and businesses. It grew out of the non-profit, Association pour la Coopération avec la Micro Entreprise (ACME), which was set up in 1997 and transferred its credit operations to the company in 2009. Through its 29 branches in 7 of Haiti’s 10 geographical departments, it serves nearly 20,000 customers, 62% of whom are women. ACME is now one of Haiti’s three largest microfinance organisations in terms of loan portfolio size and number of customers.
