Jonathan Lange

Jonathan Lange was the AfDB’s Africa SME Programme Coordinator, until May 2019. This program aims to increase access to finance for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses across Africa. Before joining the AfDB, Jonathan spent several years in Tunisia, where he worked as director of an American development NGO and as a professor of accounting and finance. Jonathan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
