Iris Lanao Flores is CEO of FINCA Pérou. She is also involved in a number of national and international networks and regularly intervenes on practices and issues that are specific to the methodology of village banking. Iris Lanao Flores holds a Masters Degree in Latin American Development from Stanford University and a Masters Degree in Operational Research from the London School of Economics.
