Gilles Galludec is the Global Head Retail and Micro for IFC's advisory work in Access to Finance. He has served as country manager for IFC in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, where he managed the advisory facility for both countries. Galludec has 22 years of experience in the banking sector, mostly spent in developing countries at the managerial level.
