Frédéric Audras has been Head of the Urban Development, Planning and Housing Department at AFD since 2019. Frédéric has spent his career working in financial management and local authority financing and has held advisory, budgetary and management roles both as consultant for a major French city and at the head of teams of experts providing technical and financial assistance to local authorities.
