Delphine Sangodeyi has a PhD in Geography. With over 18 years’ affordable housing operational experience in France, Brazil and Sub-Saharan Africa, she conceptualizes and manages development and redevelopment of large-scale affordable housing. For the past 10 years, she is the Program Manager for Urban Renewal Programs for Immobiliere 3F, which is among France's leading social housing enterprise (240,000+ homes). She is a member of the team of experts commissioned by the African Development Bank and UN-Habitat to analyze the dynamics of housing in Africa and propose solutions to unlock its production. As the CEO of MOABI, a developer dedicated to affordable housing development in Africa, she also works closely with stakeholders in the public and private sectors, including Nigeria, to meet the shortfall of affordable housing.
