Clément Seka Aba is an expert on port legislation. Before joining the law firm of Ebiele & Associates (Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire), he worked for Défi Consultants International as a lawyer specialising in maritime and port affairs. He has a doctorate in law from the University of Brest and is the author of “Contributions à l’étude juridique des concessions portuaires” [Contributions to the legal study of port concessions] (L’Harmattan, 2015). He runs a course in port legislation at a university in Abidjan.
