Bruce Ferguson

Dr. Bruce Ferguson specialises in affordable housing finance, value chain analysis for housing products and basic infrastructure. He has worked at the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank as a housing and urban economist. Dr. Ferguson started his career in mortgage banking revenue bond lending and affordable housing development in California. Bruce Ferguson has published more than 40 journal articles. He served as team leader for large housing finance projects in Mexico for five years.
